  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately and we will correct the error at no additional cost.

  • Change of Mind: As our cookie cutters are custom 3D‑printed items made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Damage Due to Use or Care: Biteful Delights cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged through normal use, misuse, or failure to follow the provided cleaning and care instructions. Please ensure you handle and clean your cookie cutters as directed to maintain their quality and longevity.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item (if applicable) has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
